The New House and The Swing

    March 18, 2016 / 3 Comments

My parents decided to build a house on the edge of Uxbridge while we were living in the old house I mentioned in my previous post. I don’t know how they came to that decision. It seems like such a daunting…

The Old House and My Father

    February 6, 2016 / 3 Comments

I don’t have a lot of memories of my father. He died of a sudden illness when I was 12, but one of my favourite memories comes from the time we lived in this old house. The house is in Uxbridge,…

Yes, Paris is all about food, and we certainly have been enjoying that aspect of life here. I’m afraid of what the weigh scale is going to say when I get back home! Nevertheless, we don’t want to let that interfere…

About Me

I have been writing and publishing articles since I was a teenager. It is a bit startling to realize that I have been doing this for so long. I began with short newspaper reports during high school, then moved on to newsletters for various organizations. This blog was created in 2010 to report on my trip to Paris, and I now post occasionally on various subjects as the spirit moves. I hope you enjoy it!
